First wave of acts for this year's North By North East (NxNE) taking place June 13-19 in Toronto have been announced. Notable acts participating this year include Devo, The Pharcyde, Digable Planets, Twin Shadow, Evan Dando and Juliana Hatfield(!!!!), Wild Nothing and so on. And Men Without Hats.
