Pitchfork reminds us that Rose Melberg's long-awaited new album, entitled "Cast Away The Clouds" is out this Tuesday(April 25th) through Double Agent Records. While Ms. Melberg's now apparently living in Canada(I think in Vancouver), she does't have any Canadian tour dates lined up. However, starting tonight in Seattle, she will embark on a short US tour that'll take her to a few select US cities and end up in her old K Records stomping grounds of Olympia, WA on May 18th. Listen to some new tracks over at her MySpace site and order the new record(or her older records) over at Double Agent Records.

There are some Canadian west coast dates in July. Check the tour's official website for complete tour date info.
