Oh, I love free stuff, although with postage and currency conversion, this is a little pricey. As I mentioned before, Junior Boys will be in Toronto for a show at El Mocambo on August 26th.
chartattack reviews the Black Heart Procession/Danielson show from last Thursday at Lee's Palace in Toronto. My reviews just a few posts before this and the consensus is that Danielson definitely stole the show.
Of course, most of you probably already know, but Cat Power will be in Toronto for a couple of solo shows on September 4th, Labour Day. She'll be at Lee's Palace and will be performing a early set at 7 pm and a late set at 10:30 pm. Tickets onsale through Ticketmaster.ca tomorrow morning.
